1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TryMyPdf, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using TryMyPdf on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

TryMyPdf provides free, browser-based PDF processing tools including but not limited to: merging, compressing, splitting, rotating, watermarking, and converting PDF files. These tools are provided "as is" and free of charge for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TryMyPdf to:

• Upload, process, or distribute files that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload documents you do not own or do not have permission to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service or its servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to mass-process files without prior written consent
• Resell or misrepresent TryMyPdf as your own product

4. File Handling & Privacy

Files you upload are used solely for the purpose of providing the requested tool function. They are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections and are automatically deleted from our servers within one hour of processing. We do not read, analyse, share, or store the content of your documents beyond what is technically necessary to process your request. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TryMyPdf — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, and code — is the property of TryMyPdf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of all files and documents you upload. TryMyPdf claims no rights to your content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TryMyPdf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed files will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TryMyPdf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including loss of data or documents. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

8. Third-Party Advertising

TryMyPdf displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party advertisers may use cookies and web beacons to collect information about your visits to serve relevant ads
• Google's use of the DoubleClick cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your site visits and other internet activity
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for any claims arising from such content
• Advertisement targeting is managed by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TryMyPdf shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of a competent court, as applicable under the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TryMyPdf with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
